4. Registration and Payments
Registration is done through the forms available on the website or in person at our facilities. Payment for services must be made according to the conditions agreed upon at the time of registration.
The initial registration fee (when applicable) includes activity insurance, materials, and access to McMinsky's digital platforms.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure duly proven.
For intensive courses and long-term programs, specific cancellation conditions apply, which are communicated at the time of registration.
6. Responsibilities
McMinsky is committed to providing contracted services with the highest quality and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for:
- Specific academic results, as these depend on individual effort
- Personal items left on the premises
- Service interruptions due to force majeure

All website content (texts, images, videos, logos, tools) is the property of McMinsky or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
